Do you live in a historic home? Ever wonder if you would qualify for rehabilitation tax credits? What’s the benefit of keeping your original wood windows? The Historic Richmond Rehab Expo will include over 20 experts and organizations working in the trade of renovating historic homes. Plus, you can meet with the public agencies that assist with obtaining tax incentives for renovations. Through this event, Historic Richmond hopes to connect people and resources to ensure the continued care of Richmond’s historic buildings.

The event will cover topics such as tax incentives, improving energy efficiency, plasterwork, windows, masonry, roofing, researching historic properties and more. Exhibitors will be available for questions concerning their area of expertise and their table displays will vary between information packets, demonstrations, examples of exhibitors’ work and photographs.
